MODERATORS

Leaders

Leaders are responsible for one of the 3 main categories, Visual Art, Performing Art, or Writing. Their responsibilities include insuring there is no plagiarism, As well as alerting the moderators when their group will be entered in a contest. They will help in judging the contests also. They will be responsible for helping put the ideas of the members into action and keeping track of everyone's points. When a member earns points for their group it is the leader's job to add it to the tally.

Moderators

Moderators are in charge of the subgroups. It is their responsibility to introduce new members to the group. They will be required to help with any issues that their group members may have and encourage their group to get the most points before the end of the year. When a member of their group makes something new that they want to be displayed it is the moderator's responsibility to send it to the president so it can be added as well as bring up any ideas their group members may have to the leaders. We currently need moderators for the following things.

Painters, Drawers, Designers, Printmakers, Sculptors, Photographers, Film Makers, Body Artists, Dancers, Actors, Performers, Models, Musicians/Singers, Authors, Poets, Songwriters, Playrights.

Representatives

Not every subgroup has representatives. Only the following groups need reps. Designers, Sculptors, Body Artists, Dancers, Actors, Performers, Models, and Musicians/Singers.

A representative's job is to encourage a smaller range of artistic ability and share things for that specific type of art. The representatives are as follows.

Being a leader is a big responsibility, you will be responsible for all of the subgroups and mini groups in your section. It is your job to ensure there is no plagiarism or bullying. You will be responsible for choosing the moderators for the most part out of the people who enter. You will be in charge of keeping track of the points that each group gets and you will be required to be a part of monthly meetings with the president.

Being a moderator means encouraging your group and answering questions. You will be responsible for all of the entries for the contests for your group as well as advertising for your group. If your sub group as mini groups you will be responsible for choosing the representatives out of those who apply in most cases.

YOU MUST BE A PART OF ARTISTS COLLIDE IN ORDER TO BE A REPRESENTATIVE!

Representatives are responsible for the mini groups that are in some of the sub groups. You will be responsible for spreading info to your group and overall representing your mini group when it comes to meetings with your moderators.
